Wrong dates?

Has anyone ever been given a scan date early in pregnancy and it changed to a different date further in the second trimester?

Answer

No,  it will only change at the time of the first trimester scan if baby isn't matching the dates of your LMP. Once established,  your dates won't change.  The first trimester scan is the most accurate.  In the second and third trimesters,  babies grow at different rates and the measurements are only used to predict the size of the baby,  not the gestational age of the baby.

Yes throughout my pregnancy I got given 3 different due dates, the first one I got based off my LMP was right though, I had him on that exact date

Yep. According to my LMP I’m due on March 18. Then at my 6 week scan they estimated my delivery date as March 16. At my most recent scan the baby was measuring ahead and they’ve said it could now be March 9. 
I’m expecting it to change at pretty much every scan I have now. 🤷‍♀️
