What’s normal? 4 weeks pregnant

Just got my positive tests 3 fats ago, I would be exactly 4 weeks had cramping last night and today and then today I wiped right after taking a test to see if it was darker (the test was darker) and there was blood. Not bright red but dark red blood it’s been over and hour and there is still blood. And still dark?

I also lost a baby in January at 7 weeks, and my obgyn is closed till Monday. I’m filming a wedding today so I can go to the Er. I don’t know if this is normal spotting or if I’m miscarrying again.

Idk what to do, help.
