Sudden Rapid Fetal Movement

I’m 32 weeks and as I was driving I felt what seemed like my baby throwing a fit, kicking, hitting, rolling all in one spot below my belly button. Should I be worried that he possible got tangled in the cord? He was side ways yesterday and I don’t believe he is now. It lasted maybe 5 mins. This just happened, and calling the nurses line is such a hassle especially when most of the time they just put me off. So thought I would see if anyone else has experienced this?
