foggy pee ? TMI

i know this is gross but why is my pee foggy ? it doesn’t hurt to pee or anything , i just peed and it’s foggy and i was wondering if anyone would know why
could it be that i’m dehydrated ? idk
i had sex yesterday , but i peed soon after so i don’t know how it could be like a uti

Could be from not drinking enough water or you’re holding it in too long.

Definitely some kind of infection probably UTI or bladder

When this happened to me while pregnant it was a bladder infection.  It can also be protein in the urine

Is there a strong smell to it?

You have white blood cells in your pee, which means you have some sort of infection going on
