I don’t drink coffee but I do drink soda, I just don’t consume more than the recommended 200mg which is pretty easy to do lol

I drink whatever i am feeling that day. Some days more then 200mg some days less some days like today i have had none at all. Do what your comfortable with.

0, and I don't drink soda very often-maybe once a month.  If I get any caffeine, it's from tea that I drink out at a restaurant, and we don't go out that often.  I was like this before pregnancy, though. My drink of preference has always been water.
