Postpartum rage??

Anyone else have postpartum rage towards their husband/SO? I get SO angry at him and have zero patience. I realize I’m too much but I can’t help it 😫 anyone else?? When does it end?

Yep, it was super bad at first, it’s getting better. I just let him know: hey, I’ve been getting unreasonably angry, can you be patient with me? 🤷🏼‍♀️ It’s tough to keep it together sometimes. I just try to recognize that this is hormonal and not how I really am.

I get super angry at my toddler. He won’t stop poking the baby and waking him up after all the work I’ve done to put him to sleep!! And he’s reached the age where he throws tantrums over everything.  I’ve had to put myself in time out a few times to cool down

Yup. Classic symptom of post partum anxiety!! I started on lexapro and therapy and it’s helped a lot!!

Lately I have been and it's super random??? Like him making decisions if he can't decide right then I get annoyed and say "I don't have time for this" I seriously don't mean to and this isn't normal but for like the past week it's been an issue.
