SPD and pelvic pain
How did everyone’s labour go with SPD I have it, I’m 6 weeks away from birth and if I stop and lie down I can’t get myself out of bed again with the pain between my legs feels like my bones are broken. Would a section be better if I asked for one ? Not sure how it works as I never had this when carrying my son 3 years ago, and had a back to back labour and vaginal delivery with him
