Owlet sock. Is it worth the buy?

Ok, So my MIL bought us the owlet baby monitor. It is just the video/audio portion of the monitor. I am beyond excited to use it.🤩
My question is, Is it worth buying the sock portion of monitor?
Anyone who has the owlet sock was it worth it?

We have the sock and cam. HIGHLY recommend it, they are operated from just one app. You can also track sleep quality (ish), and waking times through the night.

I only have the sock and I couldn’t sleep without it! It works better when they are a few months old not newborns bc they are too small and it gives false readings sometimes. Its peace of mind for me.

I can't sleep without my baby wearing her sock.  She's used it since her first night home.

I don’t have the cam but had the sock for my first and will use it for my second. I get bad post Partyline anxiety and I would wake up freaked out that baby hadn’t woke and I’d stand of her crib and watch her breath like a creepy stalker. The sick put me at total ease and I was able to sleep when she slept. No worry’s!
