Morning After Pill And Period issues??

So, my last period ended on September 15th. Me and my bf had sex twice and he insisted I take the morning after pill just a day apart from eachother... I had only taken the morning after pill one other time and I don’t exactly remember what my side effects were. So to cut to the chase, my period started again this morning and I’m having cramps. I’ve read that this is normal but my anxiety is getting the best of me. Does anyone have any advice for me not to freak out with my anxiety?
