I’ve had my piercing almost a year and nothing has shown up like this before, should I just make sure to clean it more, or is this cause to go to the dr?

That bump is most likely caused by low quality jewelry. Sometimes piercing don’t act up right away. It could be pierced at an angle. The jewelry could be the wrong size. Or your anatomy could be completely wrong for a belly piercing.
Whatever you do, do NOT take the advice below and stick peroxide or alcohol on it. That it very very bad for a piercing.
Don’t clean it excessively. Only use a sterile saline wash. You can buy a bottle at Walmart in the wound care section. If you mix tour own, you could be mixing it wrong causing the irritation. 
I highly suggest going to a reputable piercer in your area.

I had something like this happen to mine when it was in its healing stages if I recall correctly (I got it done about 6yrs ago) I believe it was a blood bubble type of thing? I just kept cleaning it like normal with saline solution/ partial salt water.. it ended up leaving a little scar though so idk.
