Evap line right ?

Long story short. Period was scheduled September 10th. I'm never late. Been consistent with heavy periods for 3 years on time never going past a day late.(I have tracked accurately for years) thought I missed my period then september 13th around midnight started lightly bleeding. I thought it was a period but it did something weird. It went on and off very lightly (light pink stain on pj pants but not my bed.) I had a bit of blood at work but when I came home the bleeding stopped. (So weird.it was pink when I wiped but it kept stopping and going so lightly. You can barely see it on the pad down below )(I always usually have HEAVY bleeding on my periods... clots and all ...so this was bizarre!!). It stopped on the 15th. I then notified my doctor who wants to see me still as she says it's not considered a period and thinks IF I am pregnant there may not be enough hormones yet. I am not on any birth control either to cause any spotting either. Also had my thyroid tested to rule out abnormal periods. It came out normal.. A few days after the weird "period" I went to urgent care to get blood tested. They came in and said they needed to take more blood to test again(idk why they needed to test twice) but still came back negative. Then I peed on a blue dye test thinking this was just an evap but a few of my mommy friends think it's a faint positive as their tests looked like that before having their babies. Very confusing cuz I tested negative again the next day. I'm seeing my doctor next month around expected next period October 6th so I'm sure I'll know what's going on cuz I'm either gonna get a period or not. Lol. Has anyone ever been in this situation? I am feeling very strange. Never had a baby before but I have no freaking appetite. Cant eat very much. Having a very hard time with food. Very tired and fall asleep earlier at night much easier than usual ...as I usually have insomnia. Sensitive boobs. Bumpier looking nipples?? Vivid weird dreams. And am experiencing light headedness and dizziness at work. I've never felt so crappy before and this is all new to me. Thanks for reading and please feel free to share your experiences thank you.
