Chamomile tea while pregnant, safe or not safe?

I don't have a problem with herbal tea in general, but is this one okay before bed?

I’ve seen this answered so many different ways. I just finished my cup of sleepy time tea. The box doesn’t say anything about not drinking it while pregnant😊

It’s fine. I always had it before bed with my first. And I only do sometimes with this baby.

I drink it now that I’m in my last trimester. I drink sleepytime tea the only thing that kinda helps with my insomnia
