Who to invite for 1st birthday

Honestly I fear my son will get overwhelmed with TOO many people. So we’re inviting my parents, husbands parents, a couple siblings and a couple family friends. Who are you guys inviting? And what are you going to do? Our party is 12-2
I think we’ll eat a bit, (Going to have simple finger food) open presents and watch baby smash cake. Super simple...

We are just doing very close family members. Ones that we see at least once a month. 
I’m not inviting everyone or else it would be as big as our wedding lol. 
I think we’ve invited like 25 people at most.

We had a family reunion this summer he was good for the actual party, it was outside/inside I just made sure I made him take a nap before. He didn’t do well at our lunch the previous day, but I’m thinking because he didn’t nap well that day; we were a whole bunch of loud Cubans with deep as* voices in a traditional Miami dinning room/living table room set up. We’re expecting about 30-35 adults everyone is either in another state or 5:30 hour drive from me. Those are our siblings and their fam and the grandparents and 2 family friends. I’ll have my dining room table set up it seats 8-9 people I’ll have a foldable table in the living room I believe it seats 6 then I’ll have 2 more tables outside so I can split the noise. For food we’re either getting a food truck to come to our house or we’re either getting catered pulled pork and brisket. I wish I could invite more but I want my bf to be comfortable lol he’s not used to my type of house parties lol

Oh man,
Our guest list is approaching 90.   And I cut the great aunts that don’t live in town.  We have a huge circle and I felt this was our chance to celebrate our daughter and our village who has helped us along the way.  I tried really hard not to overinvite.  We have rented a hall.   I am super excited!   This is the only BIG birthday we plan on throwing until she is five or six years old.

We’ve invited about 20 people. I know of at least 5 of those that probably won’t be able to make it. We didn’t want anything big. We didn’t invite all of our families because some of them we don’t see or talk to. I don’t see a point in having people there that my baby doesn’t know. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m sure I’ll get some “butt hurt” people, but oh well.

I only invited my mom's side of the family, the ones that live in the same state. That alone is 41 people. So far we are at 34 people. The party is at 1. We are doing a typical party. So food, cake, etc.

Ours will be about 15 people. That’s our immediate family. The rest of my family is 3 hours away and we didn’t want to have a big party back home

I feel like the odd one out, haha. I live out of the country and we'll be back in Texas for baby's first birthday at my parents house. So for his "party", if I can call it that lol, it's just us, my parents, my brother, my grandma... And maybe 2-4 close friends. Well probably have it around 3:30 after he wakes up from his afternoon nap. At my parents house.
