Placenta?

I am 27 weeks and have placenta abuption anyways i was in the hospital for over a week but their letting me go home on STRICT BEDREST i was just wondering has any other mommas ever had it and was okay? Im worried shitless about me and baby!! What signs do i look for how do i even know if I'm bleeding internally!!!!!!:/ I'm so scared
