when did you mammas start adding cereal in the baby’s formula??

Never. It’s an aspiration risk. It almost killed me as an infant. It’s also point less calories that have no nutritional value.

Never. Cereal in Formula is a choking hazard. My kids start oatmeal around 3 1/2 months but they were sitting up unassisted. Some drs recommend starting foods at 6 months others around 3-4 months. Talk with your pediatrician and go from there. 
(My kids had acid reflux and also had problems gaining weight which is why we started at 3 1/2 months.)

I did not do any cereals or baby foods/purees, we did baby led weaning and it went very well!
