Dementia
Just got word from my cousin (who has P.O.A. for my father) that daddy has dementia and high blood pressure and other health problems. So my cousin decided to place him in a nursing home permanently. This is sad but good for my father because he can get the care he needs. I'm grateful for my cousin taking care of him for 8 years. But with my father's memory deteriorating this is the best decision.
