40+3 and nothing happening...

Im 40+3 and my midwife doesn’t do cervical checks, so no idea where I’m at. I’m getting frustrated bc I have no symptoms of labor starting and people won’t leave me alone asking if the baby is here yet. I think I’m going to stop responding to people who ask. I’m so frustrated. My pregnancy carpal tunnel is so bad that I can barely sleep at night due to the pain in my hands and I woke up crying in pain from it last night. My fiancé asked me if I want to induce, but I wanted an all natural labor with no interventions but as time goes on I’m thinking it might not be possible. 😪
