I know it sounds stupid but my boyfriend is freaking out about me giving birth. I know everyone says he should man up and be there for me but he’s scared. He has really bad anxiety he thinks his heart is going to beta so fast and go into a anxiety or panic attack. He doesn’t want to hear anything or see anything because it will be to much for him. I get it I’m not mad at him or anything I just want him though without having a panic attack. What do I do or do to help him? Should I have his mom be there with us, some people say it will comfort him and calm him down what do you think?
