What kind of prenatal made you throw up?

Anything with iron makes me throw up. I take the GNC without iron formula and make sure to eat lots of iron rich foods. (Spinach, broccoli, beef, oats, etc..) My numbers are great, so I don't need the extra supplement.

I use Nordic Naturals DHA and Naturelo prenatals. They’re both amazing and no issues. Smarty Pants (Costco) reformulated recently so they’re better now.
