Waking up to sharp pains

So I’ll be 15 weeks tomorrow. I fall asleep on my side but wake up on my back. Whenever I go to roll back over it feels like a thousand knifes are stabbing me in the stomach. Is this just round ligament pain? I keep worrying about the baby so much but everything seems fine.
