I am 37 and my ovulation was soooooo painful I couldn’t walk and was nauseous from the pain. I can’t help but wonder if more than one egg was released. My mom’s dad was a fraternal twin. Does that increase my chances? Or only if it’s my mom’s mom etc.? All I know is that it’s on the maternal side but idk if that means straight up through all the female lineage. I also eat a lot of beans and lentils which is said to increase your chances and o have three other kids but I am skinny as a bean pole so there’s a -
