First ultrasound today, 4 weeks 5 days... ???

Will I even see anything? I didn’t request it, it’s part of the “pregnancy verification” apparently... I’m just nervous they won’t see ANYTHING because it’s too early and then tell me I don’t have a viable pregnancy. 
Has anyone else had a scan this early? I’m not sure if it’s Transvaginal or belly scan either.

4 weeks there prly won’t even be a gestational sac yet! I’m gonna guess all you’ll see is thick uterine lining with a lot of blood flowing to it. It’ll most likely be confirmed with your quantitative HCG blood test.

Its going to be transvaginal and they probably aren't going to see much. DO NOT GET SCARED they will say its possibly not a viable pregnancy they did it to me last week on Thursday I was 5 weeks and 2 days and they scared the shit outta me I started crying and freaking out. The hospital wanted me back in 48 hrs for a recheck but I did not want to spend multiple hours in the hospital again so I called a womens center near me and discussed all my results from the hospital and the lady told me that the hospital has to cover their ass because its to early to tell but she said im more than likely progressing fine and to get rechecked in a week or two when they will actually be able to see something

Most likely not. They probably won’t be able to pick up a heartbeat or really see anything other than your uterus lining and maybe a yolk Sack. But they will be able to tell you’re pregnant.

It will be the probe that goes into the vagina. You probably will only see the thickness of the uterus. But congrats!!

They will be able to see the yolks sac and the embryo. It wont look like a baby just some circles. They will probably do transvaginal as it is difficult to see that early with an abdominal ultrasound. I went in at around 8 weeks and they said there was still the potential even that far along to need a transvaginal ultrasound, but the abdominal worked for me at that point.
