I’m currently 13.5 weeks and drinking a cup of Yogi Perfect Energy Tea in Vanilla Spice daily. It’s sold in Walmart. I doubled check with my OBGYN as its only 75 mg of caffeine if it was safe and i’m so confused.

The nurse replied back and just said “the dr cant recommend or comment as they are not familiar with this tea.” ....????? I sent the ingredients list. I thought that was the point of me asking.

Is anyone else sipping on this tea? Its the only thing getting me through the day. Coffee just disgusts me too much right now.
