TWW on Clomid vs. trying naturally?

Has anyone else experienced feeling more cramping/pain during TWW on Clomid versus when they were trying naturally? This cycle, I’ve been feeling (very) mild cramping and some twinges in my side from 4DPO on (currently 7DPO). This did not normally happen before I was on Clomid. Wasn’t sure if I am just focused on it more this month or if it may be some sort of side effect?

Be careful with that Clomid, It plays tricks on you. Seriously you will get symptoms and you will think that every little symptom Of being pregnant.But baby dust to you

I’ve been cramping since ovulation too. More twinges I’d say though. I have super irregular cycles so I don’t have much to benchmark against as far as a normal cycle. Hope this is your cycle!

I'm on my first cycle of clomid and I've been cramping since ovulation. Normally I dont cramp until AF arrives. X

More like sharp pains off and on for about one hour and twinges on one side with Clomid when my opk was positive. Hope that means it’s working! Baby dusts to all of you this month. I’m 2 dpo.
