Night shifts

We are currently doing a 10:00pm-2:30, 2:30am - wake schedule. Currently my husband has the first shift but says he doesn’t think that will work when he goes back to work (he will wake up at 6). I’m not sure why but I get a lot of anxiety when I do the first shift, and I also have a lot of trouble getting my son to bed, and then myself after.

What are you ladies doing to manage your sleep schedules with your partner? Does anyone else have anxiety around when it’s time to put your any down? If so, is there anything (aside from medication) that helps alleviate it?
