Can you see phantom kicks outside of your belly?

I’m 12 weeks pp

Didn’t have sex until 6 weeks pp and have had an iud since about 8 weeks pp

So I really think it would definitely be way too early to see anything or even tell if I were to somehow, one in a million, get pregnant

Plus I just had my period

So It’s very unlikely that I could be pregnant is what I’m saying lol

But I’ve started feeling muscle “twinges” lately, and I decided to sit back and I actually saw like movement with the twinges

And I’m just curious if this is normal?
