MEXICAN SKILLET HEALTHY RECIPE
My dietician told me about this today. I’m trying to lose weight for a baby! Praying these new recipes help!

Chicken (boneless skinless)
Taco seasoning
Cauliflower rice
Black beans (no added salt)
Corn (no added salt)
Salsa (I put 5 tbl in the whole thing)
Cheese on top (reduces-fat shredded)
Didn’t measure anything. But she said about a cup & a half is about 30g carbs. So I split it into 3 1.5 cup meals!
