Guided meditation CD/album?

Question

I’m looking for a guided meditation “CD” for my pregnancy and my labor. I don’t want the “soothing music” tracks as I can easily find those on Spotify but actual guided meditations. Any suggestions?

I used Rachel Yellin for my first child birthing class and her audio tracks were great!  They help you prepare for birth but also include tracks for anyone to use outside of pregnancy to promote good sleep. 
Her guided breathing tracks apparently worked wonders for me, dilated to a 9 just by going through the breathing exercises before I finally called a nurse in to check me 🙈
