Ovulation pains?

Question

I am having pretty bad cramping and haven’t had a period yet since my son was born in January, I took an LH test and it’s positive so I’m assuming I’m ovulating but my ovulation was never this painful before... anyone else experiencing this? Deep down I’m nervous I’m pregnant and the ovulation test is picking it up first, although I’m sure that’s not likely 😂
Also my Nipples are sensitive and I don’t remember this when ovulating before

Yeah I went to my doctor thinking that my IUD was implanted incorrectly because I was having sharp pains.....nope just ovulating. Even though I never had cramps when I was ovulating before I got pregnant. I never even knew when I was ovulating before I had my first baby, now I feel it every time!
