About a month ago something happened between my boyfriend and I. We had a huge fight and he wanted to have a little break but I knew that didn’t need to happen and we worked it out. His friends C And J were very upset with him and told him he needed to be single and not with me. Some background info J dates a girl who looks, speaks, and acts like his ex so it seemed to be more him that needed to be single. Anyways about two weeks after that situation my boyfriend offered to give C a ride because his car broke down and we were already hanging out so I didn’t mind. When I got out C didn’t hug me like he always does and the vide was awkward like he didn’t know I was gonna be there but I stayed friendly. C also sat in the front. On the ride I was hardly talked to or acknowledged I would have to say things loud. C was telling us that he was meeting his friend at Chapman uni and he then went on about how great she was. I isn’t think much of it because we were just dropping him off. When we got there he insisted we come out to meet her and say hi and get food. When she arrived I was the only person not introduced and it was very uncomfortable. She was also very rude and loud and flirty. And when my boyfriend got up to use the bathroom everyone was silent and strange. I believe that C was trying to set them up. I told other friends and they say it was weird if C but my boyfriend thinks I read the situation wrong and I’m overthinking and that his friends would never. It’s been really bothering me I feel very disrespected and I don’t know what to do to feel better.
