Can I get my tubes tied at 19 in Texas??

I was wondering if I could get my tubes tied at 19 after I have my baby. I know they probably won’t do it but I’m gonna still try. I’m pregnant with my first successful pregnancy and never want to experience pregnancy again or have another child... has anyone tried to get their tubes tied under 20 in Texas??

Edit: no I won’t change my mind. pregnancy is horrible and something I will genuinely never want to experience again. I’ll just adopt kids if I want more 🤷🏻‍♀️
