Was your doctor able to find a heartbeat with just a fetal Doppler at 12 weeks?

I went at 13 weeks with my second and they couldnt find it. 
But I was able to with a doppler at home since 8 weeks so I wasnt concerned, she just waant looking in the right place

With my first pregnancy yes but with this pregnancy no. I saw his heartbeat on the ultrasound at 9 weeks. And didnt actually hear his heartbeat until about week 16. My dr told me it's normal to not always be able to pick it up because they are still small and could be way in the back. If your dr wasnt worried I wouldnt be!

Love away from the Doppler so it made it really hard

Yeah. We start Doppler stuff at 10 weeks with my midwife. We’ve not had an issue with all 3 babes.
