Eating dates 🤢
So i wanted to soon start incorporating dates into my diet as I’ve heard they’re not only really great for you (minus the natural high sugar content) as well as help the cervix.
HOWEVER.
I cannot for the life of me choke these bitches down. I gag HARD just chewing them.
Anyone have tips on how to incorporate these things into a diet? I’m at a loss 😩 and all i see online when i look for recipes is bacon covered dates and shit like that. Like I’m actually going to make that at 36 weeks pregnant every day leading up to delivery 🙄
