Just a rant

I am so freaking tired of being taken advantage of by everyone at my job. I work at a restaurant and I work in the kitchen all day and night. Every time it hits 3 pm everyone seems to just decide to leave or hide and make me do everything up there. A few tickets came in while I was in the bathroom and I figured my coworker who was chilling in the back taking his sweet time cutting meats would at least go to start them. Nope. I walked back after finishing my business and I said hey we have tickets. He said I know. They are all well so I figured you would do them. I’m so tired of it. Any suggestions of how to handle it without losing my job?
