Help! Job advice?

So I’m 22 and don’t have a lot of job experience. Everyone is telling me to become a waitress just for now because they make good money. My sister does it part time (4 days a week) and has somehow managed to afford getting an apartment and will be moving out soon.

I looked into places hiring around me and there are some restaurants looking. And then I was also saw some house cleaning companies were hiring as well.

The restaurant I was looking to apply to pays $2.13/hr +whatever tips I get a week. The schedule would obviously vary, it’s not set. I believe it’s a full time job as well.

The house cleaning job pays $400-$500 a week. Paid training too. The schedule is Monday-Friday. No weekends ever. 7am-4pm full time.

Which do you think would make more money? And which would be the better option?

For the house cleaning job I believe the employees use their own cars and they work in teams of 2.

Everyone around me is saying that waitress make more money. Is it true? Should I just become a waitress?
