My house is falling apart. Every inch of it needs fixing. From windows, siding, roof, flooring, needs new doors, and needs some electrical work and other things too. It was originally built in the 1960s. It is a two bedroom house with two levels. It is a smaller house. I would like to use the property to rent a house out. We are planning to move in the next couple of years. The mortgage on the house is almost fully paid off. The house is worth right now $18,000.
