I’m pregnant! How do i tell my wife?

Hi all!
Got my first positive pregnancy test this morning. My wife and I have been planning for me to get pregnant for a few months with donor sperm and it finally happened! I’m looking for a cute way to tell her. Everywhere you look online is of course for telling your husband. All of the products you can buy online say “hello daddy” or “you’re going to be a dad.”
Any advice???

Try Pinterest and put your own spin on things. You could throw a surprise party and have a cake in the shape of a pregnancy test, I feel like that'd be cute. And you could have little party games like gender guessing and name ideas. Just realized this kinda sounds like a baby shower, but this is like a pre-baby shower...? Just an idea, but this would be how I do it
