Mom of 2 taking my health and body BACK:)
Hi, so my first pregnancy it took me a year to get back into a healthy weight.
BUT Something about having 2 kids made me incredibly insecure about myself and getting back into health was HARD
3 months postpartum I started my diet change.
Worked on “perfecting my eating” (it’s not nearly perfect but it’s working for me) then the last 2 months I have been training my body.
I feel great, people speak to me differently, I feel taller, I can breath (is that weird?)!... and out of it all I feel like I can be the strong and ready to go mom I always knew I could be.
Here are a few before and after photos.
