Baby Movement...

So I haven't been in for an official ultrasound because of insurance issues. I went to one of those 4D places just to hear the heart and see gender. I have a real one next week where they can give me actual measurements and medical info. So that being said based on my last period I am 15w 5d. However that period was 3 days early and a little lighter than usual. I had implantation bleeding with my first but it wasn't like that. I can see baby moving outside my belly (just noticing this about an hour ago) and my husband can feel her. We didn't have that until about 18-20 weeks with my first I can't really remember. My mom has said that she thinks I'm further along than I think I am since we told her I was pregnant. The question is Could she be right? And also when did other mamas notice movement outside of belly?

This ultrasound was at 14w 3d based on my last period.

Edit: I should maybe mention I know the difference between my guts grumbling and moving and the baby. Lol
