Any medical field workers please offer some advice🥵😭😣

To make a long story short I started having chest pains Monday and today if Friday and I still have them. I went to the doctor Tuesday and got nowhere. My symptoms then progressed and I went back today. This week has been hell for me and I am stressed out of my mind. I’m 17 and had to have an ekg today as well as get my blood drawn for the first time which was not easy at all for me. Now I’m waiting for the results which should be in Monday but I’m still sitting here stressing. If nothing shows up on the blood results I don’t know what I will do next and if something does show up I may need an x-Ray. I’m no expert but I assume not a lot of information would come out of an x-ray for chest pains, so I’m thinking I may have an imaging order for an MRI instead?? The paper says, imaging order: XRAY-CHPAL xr chest PA and lateral. I looked up the order name and found nothing helpful. The only reason I’m stressing about this is because I have two piercings that I can not take out and I obviously can’t wear them in a MRI. I know this may seem like a no brainer to everyone, but this past week has been so shitty I would at least like the keep my piercings and I’m also just wondering.
