When you wash your hair, do you....

Sorry to post A and B, but I figured the descriptions would be too long.

When you wash your hair, do you

A, tip your head foreword to rinse so the water runs down your face, or

B, tip your head back so the water runs off your forehead and through the length of your hair and down your back?

I’m asking because I was showering with my boyfriend and he always lets the water run off his face, but I always let it run from my forehead to my back and through my hair. I’ve noticed as a nurse aide that most of my patients would get showers will tip their faces down as well and I just think it’s so strange! I don’t like the soap possibly getting in my eyes or holding my breath so with the water running down my back I don’t worry about that.

Anyways I know this subject isn’t that deep but I’m curious what everybody else does!
