Anyone else ever feel this way ?

I'm due next week with my first child and it doesn't feel real to me I can't see myself with a child is It because I'm just so used to being alone ?

I have a soon to be 10 year old and I never felt like “oh your someone’s momma” and pregnant with my second.. lol 
I remember when I went into labor I was like “I didn’t think we would get here” and the nurse was like sweetie you were pregnant for 9 months and you never thought you were gonna have him.. 
I was 21 and terrified, I think it’s normal for some. Some women want nothing more than to be mothers and others just kinda fall into it sort of speak. Doesn’t make anyone better or worse! 
I love my son and I love my baby on the way, but I’m also a realist and very honest about motherhood and myself.
I think it’s kinda like I also never feel like an adult and I ask ppl all the time when they felt like an adult..

My boy is 4 and I still feel like, am I really in Charge of this human and a mom? When did this happen? I love him to pieces but It still makes me head spin like I have no idea what I am doing but it’s been four years and he is amazing.

Even after you have your baby it still won’t feel real! 😂 My son will be two in December and I’m pregnant again and I still can’t believe I’m a mama.

🙋‍♀️ it's a funny thing because you're pregnant so long and it still doesn't feel real.  My boy came out 10 days late and during the induction it still didn't feel real.  I ended up getting a c section and even as they cut him out it didnt feel real.  Once he came out all I could think was "wow, I didn't have a baby and now I have a baby."  It's cool though, my boy is 5 months old and sometimes I look at him and just think how amazing it is to have a perfect little baby.  Oh, also everyone kept asking if I was nesting, I didn't nest until I got home from the hospital.  I felt the need to always be cleaning and cooking when the baby was sleeping, I got worn out in 2 weeks and had to let my husband help me.

Anyone else ever feel this way ?
