Pregnancy and DDD

I am pregnant for the 7th time 3rd pregnancy. I have had several miscarriages. While I was pregnant with my last child, I had a lot of back pain and just contributed it to pregnancy. I continued to have back pain on and off after until almost 2 years ago (my son is now 4) I woke up and couldn’t walk. I was admitted to the hospital and found out I had degenerative disc disease and basically my discs are gone from L5 down and I have had pain everyday. I just found out I am pregnant again and it seems to be sticking. I am worried about pregnancy and delivery with this issue. Anyone have this issue? I have also heard that pregnancy can progress the disease and I am just scared. TIA
