Yeast infection?

So I don’t normally post on here because last time I had a question some woman just made me feel dumb instead of educating me. With that being said. Please be nice!!

When I have sex with my boyfriend it hurts but only when he enters. I figured I had a yeast infection so I started taking AZO yeast pills. I recently noticed when I pee there’s blood on the toilet paper. It was not a lot at first but now its almost like a light period. I am also on depo and haven’t had a period in a couple month. Does anyone have any assumptions or advice I could use?
