12 weeks and theres no heart beat and questions reguarding misscarring

At my 12 week appointment yesterday we received very devistating news.. Our baby does not have a heart beat. They told me to come in Monday and talk about options. The ultra sound they did says that the baby was between 10 and 11 weeks when it stopped growing. I'm not 12+1 and not started bleeding or showing symptoms... The lifeless baby is still in my body.. So my question is... What are the options they are going to give me? Just trying to prepair myself for what they are going to do.. Do I need to be prepaird to pass the fetus.. Or what?..
