Random nausea

Does anyone else still randomly get nauseous at almost 16 weeks. I still have to take nausea medicine sometimes. I just want it to go awayyy 😩. Also, does anyone else still not have a good appetite? Sometimes I’m starving other times I just don’t feel like eating much at all.
