What did he do🙄😂🤦🏻‍♀️

So just curious, has this happened to anyone. My boyfriend and I got in a fight. This was the last messages I sent to him at the same time yesterday and he didn’t reply back. I woke up this morning and it came up as read at 7:05 am for the whole message(those 3 texts) but later on I went to check again and only that message appeared to say “read” and the one after it says delivered as you can see. Im aware anyone can change the send read receipts in their settings but how is it that all the messages I sent him(the ones in blue) appeared as reas today in the morn and then changed to only saying that one message is read and one is delivered. Has this happened to anyone? Or does anyone know what he could have done ?
