2.5 years in and still waiting for a decent nights sleep.

Breastfeeding for me. You don’t have the freedom to do anything or go anywhere for longer than an hour or two at the maximum. If your breasts or nipples hurt, you have to no chance to take a break. You gotta keep on breastfeeding and go through the pain. Otherwise, they would get engorged and you will end up feeling more pain. It’s a 24/7 no stopping thing. You gotta pretty much put your life on hold if you breastfeed a baby. Plus, you can’t sleep through the night. When my baby was little, my breasts hurt so badly I thought I had breast cancer but even so, I could never skip a feeding. I cried so much over breastfeeding but honestly after 4 months, it became easier and more natural. I never experienced any pain again and it was so worth fighting for. I’ve so glad I didn’t give up and I could breastfeed my son for two years. He only got sick twice during his first two years of life. My breast milk must have been good for him :)

I chose breastfeeding, not that's because the first two months was hard work. After that it was enjoyable but still was hard. 
I had infection so many times and I couldnt even get cold without them hosting so bad. Also I was 23 (now 25) amd wanted to still go out and drink amd pumping amd dumping amd testing my milk was annoying to do but i was instant on having drinks with friends. I actually brought a pump to a music festival!

My pregnancy was awful, we found an issue with my son in the first scan which resulted in us having to run between 2 hospitals until I gave birth, I had nausea and vomiting multiple times a day from 8 week to 40 weeks, I became anaemic which resulted in being faint/struggling to breathe, to fix the anaemia I was on iron tablets that gave me crazy constipation and trapped gas (almost constant pain for 3 months), not to mention I was exhausted no matter how much I slept.
Delivery is a close second only because I was so tired I ended up using meds, resulted in vomiting, fainting, and damage to by pelvis/hip. Next time round I'll be going all natural no matter what.
Sleep and breastfeeding were never an issue with us, bottle feeding for the first 10 days was possibly worse than every other aspect of raising a child 😂

Birth was great for me, 12 hours in labor, most of it back labor, no pain meds or epidurals. 20 minutes of pushing.
I've been breastfeeding and living off no sleep for 3 years now. I haven't slept for more than 4 hour increments all these years.
I'm 23 weeks pregnant, still breastfeeding without sleep but the part I hate is the unrelenting nausea and vomiting lol. Had it with my daughter and have it with baby #2.
If I didn't have nausea and vomiting I'm sure I'd love being pregnant lol

The lack of sleep in the first week or two. My last pregnancy was a breeze. Even the uncomfortable parts. Labor was hard but it ended. Sleep? Sleep just doesn’t happen and when it does it’s never enough. It makes your relationship hard. It makes you grumpy. 
Breastfeeding was also easy for me though, it came natural and we had no issues. It’s not like that for all though
