My cat and my 1st cousin who lives on the other side of the world and I’ve never met share a name. 
My husband has over 40 cousins and god knows how many other relatives we’ve never met/know of. I’m sure we will probably uses one of the same names.  
Unless you communicate with this person often, I wouldn’t worry about it.

It’s not like you’ve never known a waiting room full of people without at least 2 people the same name. Have a middle name too
