Child benefit question...
I sent my application for child benefits off a couple of weekends ago. Today I got my son’s birth certificate back but no other information. Is this normal? I was expecting a letter to confirm payments or at least an a acknowledgement of the application with a reference number.
Does this mean the application’s complete and I’ll receive payments or should I expect some information soon?
